CCS MaxLoft Garnetted Pillow Line

Used “as is – where is” 2018 Card Clothing & Services, Inc. (CCS) MaxLoft garnetted pillow line. This is a complete running line with very few production hours. The line was used to produce the larger decorative body pillows; at times it would run smaller utility bed pillows. It is in good condition and ready for relocation.

The system includes (3) fiber feeders with (1) recycle feeder, blend pinned opener, card fiber feeder, single section double doffer garnett, safety system, high speed lapper, hanging floor apron, pillow wind-up, pillow stuffer, pillow weigh table, 20ft. sewing conveyor, and dual 480-volt electrical control panels.

CCS ProLoft Volumetric Blending and Blow Fill Systems

Used “as is – where is” 2025 Card Clothing & Services, Inc. (CCS) ProLoft Volumetric Blending and Blow Fill System.  This complete system is comprised of (1) volumetric blend line and (3) corresponding CCS ProLofts.

The blend line consists of (2) volumetric feed hoppers, blend conveyor, blender opener, and an HMI control panel. The blend line feeds (3) ProLoft fiber blowing systems each including a feeder with reserve conveyor, bottom apron, lift apron, adjustable kick roll, metallic wire wound fine opener, 100% shut off valve, dual filling fans, and 480-volt electrical control panel. Each ProLoft also includes a distributor, dust collector, fiber recycle system, and 20ft sewing conveyor.

Used “as is – where is” 2011 Card Clothing & Services, Inc. (CCS) 24” wide ProLoft 600 single nozzle fiber blowing system. The unit includes a volumetric feeder with bottom apron, lift apron, and kick roll, metallic wire wound fine opener, 100% shut off valve, filling fan, and 480-volt electrical control panel. Unit is electrically prewired and ready to run fiber.

Before performing any cleaning or maintenance, the disconnect should be in the "OFF" position and LOCKED OUT with an approved lock and LOCK OUT/TAG OUT system. Removal of guard or safety devices voids the manufacturer's warranty and may result in personal injury. Therefore, once cleaning or maintenance is complete, be sure to replace all guards and safety devices. To avoid a safety hazard, NEVER operate the equipment without guards and transitions in place and doors locked. DO NOT clean-out holes in any transitions, ductwork, or machinery. These holes near machinery nip points void manufacturer's warranty and may result in personal injury.
